Our visit to the Sinai Academy

Last week we visited the Sinai Academy first we all sat down and a lady and man talked to us and told us interesting facts.

Then they took us into another room there was some bread and some  grape juice in front of everyone and a few Jewish children came to speak to us.

The children showed us a video about being Jewish every Friday night the Jewish families get together and have dinner together Shabat.

The Jewish people also have a rams horn which they blow at Rosh Shanna that is a special Jewish festival.

Jewish people speak Hebrew. Hebrew is often spoken in Israel. I really enjoyed this outing and I learned a lot. My favorite part about  it was drinking the grape juice it was very delicious.
